Grief Healing with Reiki

The Healing Process

Session 1 - Grief as a Journey

I will invite you to share who you are grieving. Bring their picture or something that belonged to them and tell me what they meant to you, as well as what you’re struggling with day to day to handle the loss experience


Sessions 2 & 3 - The Emotional Journey

We will explore together what emotions are coming up for you and how that affects you in your daily life. I will use Reiki to support your emotional energy and make recommendations of self care practices that may be supportive of your emotional experience. 


Sessions 4 & 5 - The Physical Journey

We will explore together what physical symptoms of grief are coming up for you and how that affects you in your daily life. I will use Reiki to support your energy around locations of your physical symptoms and make recommendations of self care practices that may be supportive of your physical experience.  


Sessions 6 & 7 - The Spiritual Journey

We will explore together what spiritual feelings are coming up for you and how that affects your well being. I will use Reiki to support your clarity of connection to Source and make recommendations of rituals or daily practices that may be supportive of your spiritual needs.  


Session 8  - Honoring Your Loved One 

We will explore how you can create ongoing traditions to honor and remember your loved one. I will ask Reiki energy to guide our plan so that you can continue on your grief journey in the spirit of joyful remembrance.

8 Session Series of 60 Minute Sessions

Each Session will be 30 Minutes of Reiki followed by 30 minutes of Guided Grief Support, following the progression described above.

***Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. 

Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
