About Me

Melyssa has been engaged in an ongoing spiral to the present day in the lifelong work of deeper connection between body, mind, spirit and wholeness. She began life with too many questions and a lot of fire, but eventually turned toward deep inner work through Yoga and meditation. Later, Melyssa began exploring Indigenous and shamanic wisdom, crystal energies, and a Reiki journey that resulted in becoming a Reiki Master Teacher. Melyssa expanded her Reiki work through certification in Grief Reiki and co-facilitating grief support groups. Most recently she’s been working with Akashic Records and developing intuitive skills for mediumship. Melyssa’s heart lies in empowerment and growth, which is the inspiration behind monthly facilitation of HERstory Circles, where women can gather to learn from each other, draw inspiration from the many archetypes of feminine strength across world cultures, and shift our daily challenges into insight, strength, and personal power. If you want to grow through what you go through, you’ll want to circle up. When she’s not learning about the metaphysical and using her encyclopedic knowledge to connect the dots between us and everything, she is a teacher and mother of two who often muses, “If I only had a dragon…”
