HERstory Circles meet monthly to come together in sisterhood and support to discuss how we can more completely live our truth and step into our power. In circle, we draw inspiration from each other, and archetypes of feminine ways of being. Whether we need to align our choices with our truth, create healthy boundaries, or look at what’s holding us back, we do the work together and in the safety of the circle with supportive Sisterhood. Having trained in both grief support and Grief Reiki, I offer an eight session series that combines traditional Reiki energy healing with support for the emotional, physical, and spiritual experience of the grief journey. By honoring yourself through this process, you invite the healing you need.
